Fiverr, is an Israeli online marketplace for freelance services. Launched in February 2010, it provides a platform for freelancers to offer services to customers worldwide. There are dozen odd platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, etc.,) that offer this similar service. The founders are ex-IDF, alumni of the elite army intelligence unit, called 8200.

Wix, an Israeli software company that provides user-friendly cloud-based web development services, founded by ex-IDF soldiers. We at The Gaza Fund however, unreservedly recommend WordPress., which is far easier and cheaper to use. The founders are ex-IDF, alumni of the elite army intelligence unit, called 8200.

Last but not least, there is Ahava Cosmetics that uses minerals from the Dead Sea, which borders the Occupied Palestinian Territories. Ahava has a manufacturing plant located in an illegal Israeli settlement and exports to 45 countries, and reportedly derives about half its sales from such exports.
